Things I have tried getting away with:

1) What? You want me to do what? Boy, my sister has leukemia
2) Baby brother, what are you upto? Don't get stoned, just because your sister has leukemia
3) What Upppppp? Annmol (and I want to add but don't, except your blood count but then I got confused as to if it was up or down. And then remember it is down)
4) Boy, I don't want to do it. I am going through a 'sister has leukemia' funk
5) some funny joke that the M.L said that i have forgotten now.

They help at times but mostly, the jokes make me confused as to if I am using Annmol for material. along the lines of Jerry's dentist, you know?
