Why does Heath Ledger dying make me want to work out more and exercise betteR?
It's such a tragic situation
and
of course the 'gawk - life is so infinitesimally fleeting' thing comes over me.
I mean, one minute, you are this great hunk of brooding talent and then next minute you are in a horrible body bag
and
the only thing I could think was 'I need to get in better shape'.
For I donot want this to be said in connection to me
'Frack - we need a bigger body bag'
Sigh.
Underneath all my depth of character, there lurks a v.superficial being

Sad subject, but I couldn't help laughing at your take on it. I hear you!!!!!
It was/is a shock. A bit surprising but you know, that business is very hard and takes a lot out of the people in it. The sheer numbers who die young from one coping mechanism or another is staggering.
