Culture snobs

The Boy came and went - one and half day of bliss!!!
Things we/he did:
The boy's brother-in-law's graduation, dinner with boy's uncles, aunts and grandmom, Tappas bar post dinner, Spider Man 3
(Peter Parker - stop your wimpy crying and just let him take over, please) and tons of heart-to-hearts about tons of everything,
Also along the way we discovered that one of boy's aunty might be on her way to a divorce - a fact I should keep from my paranoid grandmother who thinks all of Boy's family is religiously disposed to divorce:
"After all, it just takes 3 words for them, you know."
To which great-uncle, he who resided once in Assam and thus, has become designated authority on Banglas, said:
"And also, you need to make sure all the money is in her name, they are all a little on the crooked side, you know, not at all straight like us. And really, they talk as if they haven't cleaned their tongue. The words keep tumbling about in their mouth.""
Which is funny considering Boy's great-uncle, he who once worked in Calcutta, told Boy's mom:
"Indian? She's Indian? They are all so cheap there. Really. And definetely v. crooked. And have no taste. Not at all like us."

Sigh.

I think all cheap, crooked, slimy bad apples of the world should not be allowed to have any kind of citizenships, so that they don't give the rest of us shiny ones a bad name.
And that great-uncles, of either countries, should stop yapping their mouths so much.
