I feel like this today

not suicidal, or dying, just on hold.
And because I have always loved Colin Hay,

who went from telling us about the land down under, to this:

"When I awoke today, suddenly nothing happened
But in my dreams, I slew the dragon
And down this beaten path, and up this cobbled lane
I'm walking in my old footsteps, once again
And you say, just be here now
Forget about the past, your mask is wearing thin
Let me throw one more dice
I know that I can win"

Wow. I really like that. I feel like that. Isn't it incredibly sad and somehow encouraging that I can feel this way at 45?

i heart Scrubs. it's one of the funniest and most clever shows on TV. and this song should be the theme song for my life and my blog! :)
