What we are up to for the long weekend

• Tonight - Heading out to our favorite tapas bar and then perhaps a bit of bowling
• Saturday - Going for the boy's pool playoffs & then trying out lunch at a new Mexican place - beef torta & the much talked about Tres Leche desert & then - TERMINATOR!!!
• Sunday - doing our groceries & cooking for the week
• Monday - heading out to the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge for a day trip with our picnic basket containing Veggie Lahmacun, Pita stuffed with Turkey/eggplant salad, cashew hummus & papaya tarts
