What I had for breakfast

Oatmeal - not my photograph again, 'cause apparently the photographer I think I am in my head is not what I am in real life.

My oatmeal kind of looked like that
but it was quaker oats boiled in fat free skim millk, with prunes and small teaspoon of peanut butter.

Today I am going for my spinning and weights class.

Sweet.

After my mini-burst yesterday, the boy was a rock!!!! He hugged my cares, and told me I was beautiful and made me feel super gorgeous!
Then I blogged and called the A.D. who made me laugh.
I wish the M.L lived in the same country so I could call her at the drop of a hat.

And all in all, i am back on track. More than the physical journey, it is such an emotional test of wills.
Do I really need to go for this class?
Do I really need to forgo those chips?
Damn I look good. I am not sure if I really need to go in for cardio?
There's this Monica Potter movie where she has to room with all these supermodels. I want that. because in my house, with my mirror, I look freaking gorgeous. But in my classes, at the gym, where toned women prowl, I look like ball of lard is covering my freaking gorgeous body
Another thing I noticed, I don't feel anything when I see non-Indian toned bodies but put an Indian with lovely gym clothes with curves and toned everything, and I go all ape-crazy on my exercise machine/class.
