WEIGHT LOSS - WORK OUT
that's what this is going to be filled with.
So after my freak out, I moved things around and now am working out in the evenings.
Joined some more classes because I needed variety - I am totally excited about the Kickboxing one.
i LOVE doing weights but its such a patience filled exercise, you don't sweat immediately, you know your muscles are being toned but there are no immediate perceivable results. You know that in the long term, its good for you because it burns calories even when you are not working out, but where's the sweat, I say?
i HATE cardio but I am sticking to it just because I like to imagine that the sweaty monster I become after my cardio means i must, surely, be losing calories.
Also, have adjusted my cooking/eating and have now incorporated more planned recipes from here and also because this is a long term health family thing, we are slowly adding more organic products, shopping more from the farmers' market .
I am going to be absolutely honest and ferocious with myself about getting healthy and becoming toned.
As always, This is my goal & inspiration. I am so getting there.

she is HAWT!! I love her body...i have the booty going on but i also have the thunder thighs....how do i get rid of the thighs without sacrificing that booty??
I am so wishing u look like that at the end.... :D
