Happy 'Wedding' Post

I still haven't done anything concrete for the wedding.
And if I start to think about it, my head aches - officiants, flowers, DJ, videographer, photographer, flowers, ache ache ache.

I want somebody else to get all those things done.

all I want to do is

check out all the lovely indian clothes website. And the top one on my 'lovelies' list is this

http://www.bargello.com/

Its so fabulous it deserves a line all by itself.

I keep screaming I love it! i love it! i love it! a la Molly Shannon style at the computer every time I browse through the pics.

oh. oh. oh.

Gripe here: why aren't the Kerala clothes/jewelery website more better organized. I swear some of the photos don't enlarge and they don't have the price listings or anything and I am so tired of these clothes/jewelery/designer websites that have enormous amounts of uninspiring text in them and no lovely photographs.
Put some flash on it, for pretty's sake!

Oooo... in the NEW ARRIVALS section first page upper left is one called Oyster Leche. If you didn't already have a wedding sari I'd say "that one, that one!!!!"

What does your culture say about white for weddings? Or is color more the thing? I don't really know! Western European cultures usually tend towards white or cream for brides (as we are all expected to be virgins for our weddings). Gowns of color tend to raise eyebrows. Which totally sucks because I look AWFUL in white! I'd have much rather worn a blue or green gown!
