Reducing stress NOW by
- getting work junk out of way this week to enjoy next week of farewell dinners, get togethers, & goodbye drinks
- organizing pick up of sold furniture over weekend
- mapping every day of next week, so I don't have to think about things
- more weights & cardio
- & taking long deep breaths.
- wanting to save every IM/email from friends even ones that say - 'geez, what the heck is that smell? did you pass gas again, oldbossman?"
- tearing up every time I see Gerrbearr - my first officemate
- wanting to mess up Lark's hair, which is insane I know but Lark understands
- having no smarty comeback when unexpectedly hugged by the officepeeps
- eyes still intact.
- less on edge.
- Still in love.
