WTF was all that? And no, I don't watch American Football either. LOL
I know.. I can't believe it. I stayed up till 3 watching the damn thing. It was so reminiscent of last world cup at the final.. when the wickets fell like pins.
Attilla - sigh. it was a cricket match - the World Cup in fact and my miserable Indian team have lost two games already - IN THE OPENING ROUNDS - the once world champions. Oh. I could go on forever but the pain of their idiocy is just too much.
Fireflies - sigh. sigh. and sigh. Why do we keep hoping that this time around they will be brilliant?
Thank God, I am not watching any of the matches due to absence of TV+ had decided that I would support W.Indies even before the tounament started.
Have lost all respect for the Indian Criket Team since the last 2-3 yeasr ( I think the Ganguly saga totally put me off)...put everyone back to the Ranji Trophy rounds even if they are in the National Tean and let us treat them as sportstars and not Gods. Phew- got that off my chest :)

I was thinkin of sponsoring a 'friendly' between India and Pakistan..sort of an alternate world cup..maybe we shd start our own cup..and just invite one other team..atleast we have a 50-50 chance..and yes, the public would STILL be watching!!:-D
sunrayz - you are so soo right to not watch them anymore. I keep making promises like that but they lure me all the time with promises. I just realised we haven't won since '85. Talk about fan loyality.

and no tv? Oooh. i did that too once. surprisingly didn't miss it that much.
