Here I am

The windy city trip was good. The drive not too bad. The conversations insightful and good. I feel the boy and I have most of our important conversations on road trips.
What we want from life.
Do we want to go steady?
How about getting married?
How about not having real flowers at the wedding and investing more on food?
This from the boy.
A topic that is under negotiation and discussion right now.
The boy wants a spectacular meal at the wedding - elegant and awe inspiring.
I don't care much for food but want elegant and awe inspiring flowers.
We can't have both, atleast according to the boy.
The event site has beautiful long thin stemed vases with silk flowers on them.
I love the long thin stemed vases but they can't hold real flowers and so must find florists with same long thin stemed vases...
The boy says Buyah to that and lets put the money in the food.
Uhmm...
Dilemnas dilemnas.
On the bright side, I think I got A sari.
And before I put up pictures of it, I must caution everybody - its is very not expected.
I am not sure if this will be my wedding sari or the reception sari.
Good friend J.A, who I dragged into the indian shop at Indian street in Windy city, went 'what the heck is that???' on me when she first saw the sari,
but admitted later that it did look good on me.
So...just be prepared for bright colors and Bollywood style stones, that's all I am saying.
J.A did say, when she first laid eyes on sari, that it reminded her of the sidey background dancers.
But like I said before, J.A. changed her mind once I laid same sari on me.
It looked glamourous dahling...You look glamourous....You look like a bride....
