With newness comes
Great responsibilities.
Ok I know i sound like a child when i say this,, but i honestly didn't expect to have to learn so much with new position in BigCorpThattookoverus company.
Boss wants me to learn new editing software and my first reaction was - "oh! Do i really have to?"
Was i always this resistant to change?
this narrow and uncomprimising.
Was I always this?
Sad to say it was a "i am not as cool and creative and innovative as i think i am" moment.
which quickly morphed into "i wish i had thought of doing it before he asked me to do it" moment.
Then my knickers got all twisted with the thought that maybe new job is in jeopardy because of mine slow, resistant to change attitude.
so have untwisted knickers and have adopted fresh mind, open to change and learning.

omigod! I had the exact same feeling this morning on the way to work.
Thinking of the slogan 'change is good', my conclusion was '$100 bills are better'.
Feeling anti-change at the moment.
on your wavelength,
M.L.
Do you think it will pass with experience? I wonder if i will be more wiser after 2-3 years on the job. That's what the boss lady said - be prepared for change every minute!
