Hoorah!!! say a big hi to her too. Plans of moving out of here have been set in motion. Fingers crossed. I should have more information about it in a couple of weeks.
As far as the spirtual walk - am trying to figure that one out myself :)
The spirtual walk...that could be walking a Taize maze. It's a big maze like thing that you walk and concentrate on and supposedly your head is supposed to clear. I have a minature one that I follow with my finger. It's very soothing.
If, of course, you're into that sort of thing.
Like a hedge maze? Oh that's perfect! I feel that way inside my head- I am not totally lost or confused but I'd still like to see my way out

I guess that could be an equivalent! :) One of the churches here in the 'Burgh has a day where they roll out the Taize maze (it's huge! and it's on a carpet) for people walk along and clear their heads.
I've never tried it because it's so popular.
