Missing persumed having fun
Missing friends. They are the ones
whose addresses get lost when you shift,
whose phone numbers change,
whose farewell messages get erased,
whose friendships are always remembered but never worked at
and
whose presence in your life is still sought years after their photos fade.
Here is my missing friends list
Jennifer Mathew (Indian School , Bahrain )
Seema Thomas
Bernadette Kuriakose
Mayamol, Anju & Jaya
Roshni Prithviraj (O.O.E.H.S, Dubai )
Reshma S
Anupama Das
Janet James (W.C.C, India)
Annie Eapen
Muthumeena
For me, you guys are forever suspended in time. I will give allowance for changes in marital status, physical growth and slight changes in personalities. I hope your deepest desires and wishes have been granted. I hope you girls from Bahrain are still doing the twist, still passionately discussing literature & politics as we did outside class, and still as deeply alive as you were in school. And you girls in Dubai , I hope you guys have found your niche in life, fallen in love and are having the fun that girls just wanna have.
Rock on, people!
